Most purchases in *new* or unopened condition sold by tngames.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping costs in sending the item back to TN Games. Opened items do not qualify for a refund.
Software may only be returned in its original, sealed condition no exceptions.
All other items must be returned in original packaging, including all original materials. Items that do not meet these qualifications will be subject to a 15% restock fee, Or will be returned only at the expense of the customer.
If you receive a damaged or otherwise defective item please contact us within 14 days for an exchange only. If you are requesting a refund, you will be issued a check, or your credit card will be credited (less shipping and handling) after we receive the return from you. In addition, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to each returned item.
Note: Only items originally purchased from tngames.com qualify for refunds. For retail purchases, see the original retailer the purchase was made from. Convention purchases are non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds and warranty exchanges.
